Your work's good — your reviews say so. We make you easy to find, easy to reach, and hard to forget.

Here's what someone with a burst pipe sees in the thirty seconds before they ring somebody:

  • Searches “plumber” in Apple Maps. You're not on it — the bloke two suburbs over is.
  • Finds you on Google and taps “book online”. It goes nowhere.
  • Checks your Facebook. Different phone number to the one on Google.
  • Reads your reviews. The last one's a year old and nobody replied.
  • Fills in the form on your website instead. Hears nothing back until you get a sec.

None of it looks like much on its own. But a customer sees all of it at once, in about thirty seconds, and that's the whole decision.

There's less to this than it looks.

Maybe you've had a go already — boosted a post, paid for a website, tried a month of ads — and it didn't turn into work. That's not on you.

You don't need ads, a new website, someone posting “five tips to avoid leaks” on your Facebook every morning, or leads bought by the batch. Strip it back and there are only three things a customer actually does. Each one has its own chapter here.

You need to be found — in the handful of places a customer actually looks, which aren't the ones you'd guess.

You need to be found

Get Found →You need to be found →

You need to be reachable the moment someone decides to get in touch — and they need to hear back before they try the next number.

You need to be reachable

Get Reached →You need to be reachable →

You need to be remembered — so last winter's job turns into this winter's, and the review that wins the next customer gets asked for.

You need to be remembered

Get Remembered →You need to be remembered →

Mock-ups of a specimen business, not real customers.

The same suburbs, the same handful of plumbers.

We've looked at how plumbers show up online right across Australia, and the pattern barely changes from one area to the next. Your work is tied to your area, and so is everyone else's — the same few names come up for every job around you, year after year. Most of them haven't set any of this up.

So the one a customer can find, reach and remember doesn't need to be a better plumber than the rest. He just ends up with more of the same area's work, and the gap gets wider the longer he holds it.

How this works.

  1. You get in touch.

Reply to our message, or email us.

  2. We take a look — from the outside.

Your Google listing, Apple Maps, your website, your reviews. No passwords, no access to anything, nothing to sign.

  3. We tell you what we found.

In plain English — one phone call or one email, your pick. If nothing's worth fixing, we'll say that.

  4. If something is, we quote it.

One honest number, one job, done right once. You decide.

Everything we set up lives in your accounts — your Google, your Apple ID, your Drive. We hand back any access at the end and keep no passwords, and if we disappeared tomorrow, nothing you've got stops working.

The long version, start to finish:

How a job goes →

The stuff you're probably wondering.

What does it cost?

Depends what we find, which is why we look first — you don't quote a job you haven't looked at, and neither do we. You get one number before anything starts, and there's nothing ongoing owed to us. If a fix ever needs a tool with its own small monthly cost, we say so up front and it sits in your name, not ours.

How long does it take?

Most jobs land inside a week or two. Your part is usually about an hour on the phone, total.

I'm not techy.

Good — you don't need to be. Where your say-so matters we do it with you; where it doesn't we just do it. Either way you keep the keys.

My website's fine.

Probably is — we're not here to sell you a new one. Most of what loses jobs isn't the website, it's what's around it. Already got a contact form? Good. The real question is what happens after someone fills it in — if the answer's “an email I read when I get a sec”, that's where jobs quietly go to the next bloke. That's exactly the sort of thing a look turns up.

What's the catch?

None hiding. We're small, we only do one-off jobs, and there's nothing ongoing to cancel. This only works for us if the fix actually gets you work — a plumber who got jobs out of it mentions us to other tradies. That, and the odd text like the one that might've brought you here — that's our whole marketing plan.

take a look.

If we've already messaged you, the fastest way is to just reply to that message — we've already done the looking. Otherwise, email us and we'll take a look.

  • We're on it the same day.
  • No obligation on your end — you hear what we found, then you decide.
  • If there's nothing worth fixing, we'll tell you that.
